Look at your life objectively:
• Your quality of life
• How you make money
• The limits you live with
• How much freedom you actually have
• How you spend your time outside work
• What you believe “matters” in life
• What you sacrifice
• What you accept as “normal.”
Now look at your parents’ life in the same way.
Then your grandparents’.
Do you see the pattern?
Same lifestyle.
Same work cycle.
Same priorities.
Same emotional struggles.
Same financial limits.
Same hopes, same disappointments, same temporary stress → temporary relief → repeat.
And now look at your own life.
You are living the same script.

Wake up → work → come home exhausted → distract yourself → sleep → repeat.
No mid-check.
No planning.
